Dream Hunt Application:

Fill out some information and we will be in contact with you shortly

BY SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS MESSAGE:

  • Dream Hunt Foundation serves children facing significant physical disabilities, serious medical conditions, life-threatening or terminal illnesses, or disadvantaged circumstances.

  • For the purpose of our program, a disadvantaged child may include one who lacks the financial means, hunting property, family resources, or equipment necessary to participate in hunting opportunities. This may also include children who do not have a parent, guardian, family member, or mentor who is able to introduce them to hunting and the outdoors.

  • Applications are reviewed individually, and eligibility is determined based on the child's overall circumstances, needs, and alignment with the Foundation's mission.

  • A diagnosis of ADHD, a learning disability, or another educational disorder, by itself, does not automatically qualify an applicant for the program.

  • To ensure we can provide first-time hunting experiences to as many children as possible, children who are already avid hunters or who have previously harvested a deer are not eligible for a whitetail deer hunt.

  • Due to the limited availability of exotic hunts, priority is given to children facing significant medical, physical, or other life-altering challenges. While every application is carefully considered, some applicants may be placed on a waiting list until a suitable opportunity becomes available.
